In October 2019, teachers of the department traveled to Moscow to take part in the Autodesk University conference. The idea of a competition came up during the trip. We invited students of different specialties and gave them the task to design a wooden country house using the GWC according to our terms of reference. The preparatory phase included master classes in suburban architecture, structures, low-rise housing construction in general, and the Autodesk Revit software package
According to Timur N. Chanturia, CEO of Timatalo, and the participants, the contest turned out to be extremely interesting and useful.
