On 7 November, Moscow is hosting the ROSTIM 24 forum, the largest review of domestic IT solutions for the design, construction and operation of civil facilities. It is attended by specialists from the SPbGASU Educational Center for Digital Competence (ECDC) Olga Svetlova, Ekaterina Nagornaya and Madina Nogaeva.
The forum is organized by SPbGASU's long-standing partners: ASCON and Renga Software. This year, its main topic was the digitalization of civil engineering based on information modeling technologies (BIM/TIM). Developers, construction customers, design institutes and representatives of state expertise share their experience in the application and implementation of TIM. Developers present their solutions based on modern technologies and approaches.
The forum participants listened with interest to Olga Svetlova's report on TIM classes, successful practices of training specialists at SPbGASU. Thus, our university has implemented TIM classes with a two-year program and the opportunity for schoolchildren not only to master the first profession of a draftsman-designer, but also to receive additional points for admission to various faculties at SPbGASU.
