On 28 - 29th April, 2017 the All-Russia forum on quality education for high schools was held in Kaliningrad. Organizers of the forum were the Kaliningrad state technical university and the All-Russian public organization «For quality education» with the support of the Commission of quality education of the Council on youth affairs of the Ministry of Education and Science of the Russian Federation.

A federal expert on quality education, the chairman of the Student council on quality education of SPSUACE Vadim Klyovan took active part in the forum work.  He read educational blocks, imparted experience and moderated a round table about the best practices of participation students in improvement of quality education.
