26 - 29th April, 2018 the International scientific symposium «Ecology of language and modern communications» in which teachers of the Department of Russian Language of SPSUACE participated took place in Bulgaria. The symposium was held in Shumensky university of Bishop Konstantin Preslavsky (Bulgaria) with the support of Fund «Russian world» and Societies of specialists in Russian philology of Bulgaria.

Participants of the symposium noted importance of studying and preservation of the Russian language as the code of the Russian culture, further development of traditions of its teaching in high schools of other countries. Visitors from Czechia, Poland, Ukraine, Kazakhstan, China, Japan and specialists in Russian philology of Bulgaria listened to reports-presentations presented by the head of the department of russian language of SPSUACE G.A.Zadonskaya and a senior lecturer T.E.Milevskaya with interest.
