In November, 2017 a student of SPSUACE Nikita Stepanov took part in two large competitions on sports orienteering. On the Cup competition in Sochi and the Superiority of Russia Nikita won III place in sprint from the general start and IV place in long. In Sevastopol on the Championship of Russia Nikita also managed to show a good result – he won a gold award in sprint relay race and became the fifth in a marathon.

These series of starts is uneasy even to professional sportsmen, especially in southern areas with a difficult.lay But these difficulties were overcome by N.Stepanov. Now he is preparing for the European championship which will be held in May, 2018 in Switzerland, and to the World championship among the students, planned for July, 2018 in Finland.
