On 27th October, 2017 a museum season "Kizhi" was summed up. The work of SPSUACE students «Creation of three-dimensional training model of a traditional wooden construction for training carpenters and restorers» was declared the winner of the All-Russia competition of projects of the Summer university on Kizhi island.

9 projects, one from each group-participant, were presented on the competition.

The project of SPSUACE students represents the virtual demonstration on traditional methods of wooden building. It is based on a three-dimensional model of the church of Lazar’s Resurrection.

The Memorial estate "Kizhi" has organized «Summer university» for more than 10 years. It is a unique mode of study for students, and also improvement of professional skills of educators, culture workers and management staff.
