Accepting the documents
On the very first day of the admissions campaign, more than 30 applicants from various regions of Russia submitted their documents to the faculties of Architecture and Civil Engineering.
Applicants do not have to come in person: documents are submitted remotely. This can be done through the applicant’s personal account on the SPbGASU website, using the Public Services portal (‘Gosuslugi’) or by post. In case of any difficulties, specialists of the Selection Committee and faculty staff are always ready to help.
This year’s deadline for submitting applications to enter the Faculty of Architecture is set for July 12. It’s the same for those who apply to other faculties after graduating from colleges or vocational schools and wish to take entrance examinations in the university. Applicants entering the university (except the Faculty of Architecture) based on their results of the Unified State Examinations can submit the documents until July 29 inclusive.
According to the rules for admission to universities established by the Ministry of Science and Higher Education of the Russian Federation, an applicant has the opportunity to submit documents to a maximum of five institutions. At the same time, the universities determine the number of fields of study you can apply for – ranging from two to ten. In SPbGASU, you can apply for the maximum possible number of study areas – ten. This is a winning option for applicants: wider opportunities give more chances for enrolment.
✔ In addition, an enrolment consent in our university can be submitted an unlimited number of times. According to the order of the Ministry Science and Higher Education, admission to the university is carried out on the basis of this document. Certificate of secondary education is not required for this, it can be submitted later.
Admission lists will appear on the SPbGASU website on 2 August, 2021. Deadline for submitting a consent for university enrolment for those who enter under target or special quotas on preferential terms is August 4. The official documents on such applicants’ admission will be published on August 6, while the information about other successful applicants selected for state-funded places will be available on August 17.
