The Department of International Cooperation of the Ministry of Science and Higher Education of the Russian Federation informs about the start of accepting applications for a scholarship under the Brunei Darussalam Government Scholarship Plan for foreign citizens to study in higher education programs at Brunei educational institutions in the 2025/2026 academic year.

Applicants who meet the requirements set by the Brunei side and wish to participate in the scholarship program must submit their applications no later than 16:00 Brunei time (11:00 Moscow time) on 15 February 2025 in accordance with the procedure presented on the website of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of the State of Brunei Darussalam.
