The ceremony began with the solemn display of the teams’ flags. Then leaders of the local headquarters reported on their readiness to start the new labour season to the main student squad coordinator in St. Petersburg Maria Kaeva, who graduated from SPbGASU in 2018. She was in charge of the student brigades of our university from 2016 to 2018. The current leader Yegor Anikin was the first to submit the report.
Yegor shared his impressions: “There are about 1,500 participants: it's great to be here among so many like-minded guys! I am very glad that the students received vouchers for the third working season, and there’s more to come!”
The event was attended by St. Petersburg Vice-Governor Alexander Belsky, Chairman of the St. Petersburg Committee on Youth Policy Bogdan Zastavny, Chairman of the Council for veterans of student brigades Yuri Filatov. Irina Nuryeva, head of the SPbGASU Division of Social and Extracurricular Student Activities, took part in the ceremony on behalf of the administration of our university.
