The goal of our center is to popularize the profession of a builder, as well as the housing and communal services sector. Today, these industries need new personnel, talented and motivated specialists. We will be happy to see schoolchildren, students of specialized universities and colleges here. We hope that other large companies will also create and develop their own educational centers.

In the period from October to December 2022, the Center for Modern Construction will host 21 excursions for SPbGASU second-year students as part of an introductory practice. During this period, the center will be visited by over 600 students of the faculty of civil engineering and the faculty of environmental engineering and municipal services, accompanied by teachers from specialized departments.

At the Center for Modern Construction, we hold excursions, conferences for schoolchildren, students, graduate students, and we hope that we will draw their attention to the construction industry in general and to our company in particular. The company is interested in young professionals and is ready to provide them with opportunities for career growth.

The tour allowed the students to look at the process of construction work in a complex way: from the moment of conception and selection of the optimal design solution to engineering systems, finishing and operation. As Tatiana Chernetsova, the group leader, said, here they once again saw the construction process, consolidated their knowledge in practice. “It was very interesting and consistently told about each stage of construction, attention was paid to the smallest details in connecting communications. Information about vacancies in the company has also become an interest: it was useful for everyone to find out where they could get a job,” she summed up.

We are looking for specialists in various areas, both for facilities under construction and in office positions. At the moment, we have vacancies for students who want to combine study with work. We offer the guys the position of an assistant foreman, a technician, who can later grow up to a production and technical support engineer. We provide senior students with the opportunity to find a job as a design engineer in the design department. In the future, we plan to organize jobs in other departments. We are preparing a personnel reserve and are interested in the practical training of specialists “for ourselves” directly in the company.
