Lyubov Yeltsova and Maksim Yeltsov, PIA-Real Estate Company
From 7 November to 5 December, the SPbGASU "Growth Point" space hosted training program from the company "PIA-Real Estate" - a real estate agency, mortgage broker and professional consultant in the investment and real estate market in St Petersburg. The classes were conducted by company representatives. They covered the following topics:
- master plan for the development of St Petersburg;
- commercial real estate;
- financial models;
- project management and leadership.
The program involved more than 30 students, who were divided into six teams during the work. They had to develop a working concept for the development of a land plot for industrial purposes and a strategy for implementing the project, identify trends in the industrial real estate market of St Petersburg and the Leningrad Region, and calculate a financial model for the project. On 5 December, a public defense of the projects took place, following which experts from PIA-Real Estate identified three winners:
- First place – team “Name under discussion” (Elizaveta Belousova, Daria Kustova, Daria Lubenets, Vasilisa Zelenina, Anastasia Ostashova, Anna Serebryakova, Nikita Kuznetsov);
- Second place – team “Karkas” (Dmitry Shoshin, Maria Efimova, Sofia Ermolova, Irina Kuznetsova, Daria Molchanova);
- Third place – team “StroyFokus” (Dmitry Borodin, Anastasia Velichko, Viktor Zotenko, Aleksandr Ozhiganov, Alena Panargina).
