On 7th November, 2017 teachers of Birmingham city university (Great Britain) Roger Wall and Timothy Lee arrived at the St.-Petersburg state university of architecture and civil engineering within the limits of the noncommercial program of the European union on an exchange of students and teachers Erasmus +.

The visitors read a series of lectures for students of the Faculty of Architecture, Faculty of Economics and Management, Faculty of Environmental Engineering and Municipal Services. The lectures were about "green" construction, power efficiency of buildings, an estimation of the investment property.

The English visitors also had time to get acquainted with the University, visited the Museum of history, Scientific and technical library and laboratories. This visit gave students a possibility to train English language and to learn how actual problems of construction are solved in Great Britain.
