On November 23, 2014 Chamber choir of Saint Petersburg state university of architecture and civil engineering directed by Olga Kislitskaya took part in the gala-concert of the 11th festival of student choir groups of Saint Petersburg higher education institutions. Everyone who wanted to visit the M.I. Glinka’s State academic chapel and listen to the best students’ voices of the city for free.
The festival was organized by the Committee on youth politics and interaction with social organizations of Saint Petersburg, Council of rectors of Saint Petersburg higher education institutions and Fund of education, science and culture support “Universities of Saint Petersburg”.
The gala-concert was opened by vice-chairperson of the Committee on youth politics and interaction with social organizations of Saint Petersburg E.O. Kuzina: “today ten best choirs will show their art. I wish them great art success and I would also like to thank rectors of higher education institutions for the support they give to such an important activity”.
After the performances all students were given participants’ diplomas. In the end of the gala concert there was performed a students’ ancient song “Spend this night even funnier!” (musical adaptation of A.V. Sveshnikov) by all choirs of the festival.{gallery name='28112014'}
