Invention of D.Sc. in engineering, professor of the Chair of Construction Technologies Verstov Vladimir V., postgraduate student of the chair of construction technologies Salchak Aidys D. and postgraduate student of the chair of construction technologies Salchak Arzhaanu K. “A tool for purification of filter effluent of solid waste landfill from suspensions” was registered at the Federal Service for Intellectual Property. There was issued invention patent of the Russian Federation № 2573029, exclusive rights of which belong to Federal state budgetary education institution of higher professional education “Saint Petersburg state university of architecture and civil engineering”.

The invention refers to the area of filtrating, in particular to filtering of ditch water (filter effluent) gathering at landfills used for sewage services. Device for purification of filter effluent of solid water landfill from suspensions contains a cylindrical box No.1 divided into two sections No. 9 and 10, which has jects No. 4, 5, 6 for supply of original fluid, purification from suspensions and filter effluent, a filtrating element No. 2, which is made in the form of a net, a stem No. 12 connected with vibrator No. 13 of longitudinal-sway mode. The device has a number of tubes No.3 which are connected on the one hand by jet No. 7 with a vacuum pump and on the other hand with the jet No. 6 for purification of filter effluent. This jet has a form of a tube waste trap, located inside the box No.1. This box No.1 has a vertical partition No. 8 and has a conic bottom. In this waste trap No. 6 there is a base No. 11, rigidly connected with the stem No. 12 on the one hand and by clamping parts with filtering net No.2 on the other hand. The device allows conducting full purification of the filtering net No.2 from suspensions by cyclic activity of the waste trap No. 6, which eliminates liquid boosting by suspensions on filtering element No. 2 during its purification. Technical result is improvement of purification quality of filter effluent of solid waste landfill from suspensions.
