A utility model of the associate professor of the Chair of Over-Ground and Transport Technological Machines Chmil Vladimir P. and the master degree student of the chair Chmil Yury V. “Internal combustion engine” was registered in the Federal agency of intellectual property. There was issued Utility model patent No. 154736 of the Russian Federation, exclusive rights of which belong to the Federal state budgetary educational institution of higher professional education “Saint Petersburg state university of architecture and civil engineering”.
The utility model refers to engine manufacture sphere, and particularly to the systems of reduction of wear-out of rubbing parts of the internal combustion engine and improvement of oil filling conditions of parts friction. The main purpose is to improve the reliability of prelaunch procedure and the system of oil filling system functioning providing at the same time safer conditions for the operating personnel. The aim is achieved by the additional devices such as a two-linear oilway, a hydraulically controlled two-linear double-component distributor and a three-linear double-component distributor of oil supply transfer from oilway to the supplementary two-linear oilway. Oil filter has an air escape valve, and the receiver is made in a form of a cylinder with external heat isolation. Inside the receiver there is a vertically installed hydropneumatic accumulator, made in a way of an indecomposable steel container with e heat insulated three-linear operating pipe. Inner cavity of the container has a camera (divided by a rubber receiver), a liquid camera and a gas camera. Heat retaining substance is made on the basis of lithium nitrate and is located between the internal side of the receiver and the hydropneumatic accumulator, having a spiral tube for heat bearer circulation. Heat insulated three-linear operating pipe has a pressure and temperature switch, a tyre pressure gage, a heat sensor and indicator, and a normally closed rocker with an electro-magnet and hand control. Fluid chamber of the hydropneumatic accumulator is connected with the auxiliary oilway at the back-pressure valve by a three-linear working pipe, which is made in the form of the hydraulic control line of the two-linear double component distributor.
Congratulations to the utility model authors!
