On 25th January, 2017 in the program «Good morning» of a television channel "St.-Petersburg" the plot devoted to a new project of reconstruction of Petersburg "five-storey apartment blocks" was shown. The given project is being developed by students of SPSUACE and other high schools under the direction of a senior lecturer of the Chair of Architectural Design Vladimir Kuzmich Linov.

In districts with the panel building construction, erected in 60-s' of the XX-th century, about 2 million Petersburgers live. Facades of buildings, engineering systems, interiors of apartments need improving. The project authors are working on the variants of the problem decision which is extremely actual for our city. Further the project will be directed to the Committee on town-planning and architecture.
