Lev Moiseevich KaplanThe SPbGASU team is deeply saddened by the news of the death of the honored builder, creator and head of Soyuzpetrostroy Lev Moiseevich Kaplan.
Lev Moiseevich Kaplan was born on 14 April, 1929. He graduated with honors from the Faculty of Economics of Leningrad State University named after A. A. Zhdanov. DSc in Economics, Professor. Honored Economist of the Russian Federation. Honorary Builder of the Russian Federation. Awarded a medal in memory of the 250th anniversary of Leningrad and the 300th anniversary of St Petersburg, badges “Resident of besieged Leningrad”, “Memory of the 50th anniversary of the Victory”.
In 1995, he created the St Petersburg Union of Construction Companies "Soyuzpetrostroy", the first voluntary professional association of builders in our country, and was its permanent leader.
