On 20 June, SPbGASU started accepting documents for admission to the university. Six faculties and the Institute of Part-Time Studies at Russia's oldest university of architectural and civil engineering are awaiting applicants.

Training will be provided in 20 bachelor's, 5 specialist's and 21 master’s fields of study.

1,760 students will be able to enroll for budget places. You can submit documents in one of the four most convenient ways: come to the Admissions Committee in person; send them by Russian Post; download in electronic format through the applicant’s personal account on the university website; through the “State Services” portal using the service “Online University Admission”.

To submit documents using the “Online University Admission” service, you must create and confirm an account on the “State Services” portal. Next, you should fill out an application, select no more than five universities and five directions in each (there may be more competitive groups), send the application and, if necessary, sign up for entrance examinations. Before the end of the document submission period, the application can be changed or withdrawn. The original school graduation certificate is not required to be brought to the university if it is confirmed in the Federal Register of Educational Documents. It is also permitted to send an its electronic copy. When enrolling under a targeted quota, you must upload an application for targeted training.

Information about individual achievements will be presented automatically on the State Services portal in the appropriate section. If any documents and achievements are missing, you can upload them yourself.

The portal allows tracking the processing status of all applications by universities and competitive groups and receive notifications. Upon receipt of the application, the status will change to “Received by the university”, and then to “Under consideration”. If everything is all right, the status of the competition group will change to “Participating in the competition”. University staff may ask the applicant to replace copies of documents that are difficult to read - in this case, a corresponding notification will be sent.

All competition lists can be found directly on the State Services portal, as well as on the university website. They will start publishing on 27 July.

It is possible to submit the original document of education to a university for enrollment not only in person, but also electronically on the State Services portal by clicking the “Submit the original” button. In this case, you do not need to bring a paper original to the university. Please note that acceptance of originals at the priority enrollment stage will end on 28 July at 12:00 Moscow time, at the main enrollment stage - on 3 August at 12:00 Moscow time.

It is important that in order to be admitted to the budget, applicants must provide the original certificate to the university or put a mark on submitting the original on the portal.

At SPbGASU, for the period of passing additional entrance tests of a professional orientation (Faculty of Architecture), nonresident applicants and their parents, if there are available places, are given the opportunity to live in the Interuniversity campus of St Petersburg (Baseinaya str., 28, metro station "Park Pobedy").
