The Centre for Non-State Expert Analysis of Design Documentation and Outcomes of Engineering Surveys is a non-corporate structural unit of St. Petersburg State University of Architecture and Civil Engineering (SPbGASU). It is a part of the Institute of Construction and Technical Expert Analysis.

The Centre was licensed for holding non-state expert analysis of design documentation (DD) and expert analysis of outcomes of engineering surveys: the accreditation certificate № ROSS RU.0001.610187 of 21.10.2013

Consulting services for carrying out calculations of the coefficient of natural illumination (CNI), insolation, noise level, and thermal characteristics.

• Non-state expert analysis and audit of design documentation
• Appraisal of design documentation sections
• Expert assessment of the conformity of DD decisions to the requirements of technical regulations 
• Appraisal of the designs of objects that are not subject to mandatory expert examination, including redevelopment for IDCs;
• Inspection and preparation of DDs for state expert appraisals
• Appraisals of the compliance of DDs in the part of engineering proposals for the reconciliation of deviations during the commissioning of facilities
• Evaluation of the DD (including that prior to submitting it for the expert review: to eliminate widespread errors); assistance to customer services in evaluating materials submitted by the design organization
• Appraisal of the engineering documentation (including by sections) for the conformity of the adopted decisions with the requirements of technical regulations and the positive findings on the DD
• Issuing expert findings for judicial contests
• Validation of estimated construction costs
• Consulting on the preparation of DD prior to its undergoing the expert review (including the state expert appraisal)
• Consultations on the matters of removing snagging items of third-party expert reviews, including state expert appraisals
