An organization may employ a foreign worker, subject to the following conditions:
- whether the foreign citizen has a work permit;
- whether the foreign citizen achieved the age of 18 years;
- submission by a foreign citizen of the following documents: passport or other identity document; insurance certificate of compulsory pension insurance; an agreement (policy) of voluntary medical insurance in force on the territory of the Russian Federation; conclusion on the passage of a preliminary medical examination (when admitting students under the age of 18, as well as in other cases provided for by the legislation of the Russian Federation); a document on education and/or qualifications or special knowledge (when applying for a job requiring special knowledge or special training); a certificate of the presence (absence) of a criminal record and / or the fact of criminal prosecution or the termination of criminal prosecution on rehabilitating grounds, issued in the manner and in the prescribed form (when a student enters a job related to an activity that is not allowed to be carried out by persons who have or had criminal record, who are or have been prosecuted).
- If a foreign citizen is studying at a university and has a student visa, he/she has the right to work in free time or during the holidays. In this case, you do not need to obtain a work permit. In addition, there is no need to issue a work permit for citizens of the following countries: Armenia, Belarus, Kazakhstan and Kyrgyzstan.
- Employment of foreign students at SPbGASU is carried out in a general manner and without restrictions in accordance with the labor legislation of the Russian Federation, as well as citizens of the Russian Federation (if the employee complies with the above migration requirements).
