You can get your copies of the agreement and addendums in the Office for of paid educational services (office 105). You must have a student card or an identity document on the territory of the Russian Federation with you.
Social tax deduction for tuition fees
If a student is officially employed and pays personal income tax, he/she has the right to a 13% tax deduction fr om an amount not exceeding 120,000 rubles per year, paid by him/her for his/her education in any mode of study (intramural, extramural, intra-extramural).
If the education of a full-time student is paid by one of the parents or a guardian, or a brother / sister who is officially employed and pays personal income tax, then the latter in this case has the right to a tax deduction of 13% from 50,000 rubles (per calendar year) paid by him for the education of a child (ward, brother, sister).

How to order a copy of the SPbGASU license and certificate of accreditation
To obtain a certified copy of the documents, you need to send an e-mail at: rector@spbgasu.ru. In the text of the letter, indicate the last name, first name, patronymic, faculty, start and end dates of study, the organization to which documents will be submitted (tax office, pension fund, Ministry of Internal Affairs, for work, for transfer to another university), the reporting period for which you will provide documents.
Student status certificate
To obtain the student status certificate, you need to contact the SPbGASU Human Resources Division (office 126)
Lost receipt
To obtain duplicate documents confirming payment, you need to contact the bank branch wh ere the payment was made. If the payment was made through a payment kiosk (terminal), you should contact the central branch of the bank to which it belongs.
