Maternal capital

Maternal (family) capital is a measure of state support for Russian families in which, since 2007, a second child was born or adopted (as well as a third, fourth and any subsequent child, if before that the right to maternity capital did not arise or was not formalized).

It is possible to direct maternal capital for the education of any of the children when the second, third child or subsequent children are three years old. The exception is preschool education - in this area, maternal capital can be disposed of immediately after the birth of a child, the appearance of which gives the right for the certificate.

On the date of commencement of study, the child must not be older than 25 years. The organization must be located in Russia and have a license to provide educational services.

An application for the disposal of maternal capital can be submitted to any territorial body of the Pension Fund of Russia, regardless of the place of residence (stay) or actual residence in person, through a personal account or at the MFC. Citizens of the Russian Federation who have left for a permanent place of residence outside the Russian Federation and do not have a place of residence or a place of stay in the Russian Federation confirmed by registration, an application for the disposal of maternal capital and the documents necessary for this (copies of documents, information from documents) are entitled to submit to the Pension Fund of the Russian Federation.

If you decide to pay for education at the expense of maternal capital, you must contact the SPbGASU Office for Paid Educational Services (room 105) in advance to conclude an additional agreement. Please note that the customer under the contract must be the owner of the maternal capital certificate.

Educational loan

In accordance with Decree of the Government of the Russian Federation of 15 September, 2020 No. 1448 “On State Support for Educational Lending” and on the basis of an agreement concluded by the St Petersburg State University of Architecture and Civil Engineering, PJSC Sberbank of Russia and the Ministry of Education and Science of Russia, applicants and students of the St Petersburg State University of Architecture and Civil Engineering have the opportunity to pay for education by issuing an educational loan with state support.

A loan can be taken to pay for any period of study: one semester, a year or the entire study.

The loan is issued in parts to pay for each semester or year of study at the university.

Common mistakes while paying for education

• ...when making a payment, there was a mistake made in the "Recipient" field
  You'll need to fill in the application "recipient" (Field "recipient" should be read as "UFK in St Petersburg (SPbGASU, p/a 20726X57900)") * and attach a copy of the agreement payment receipt to it.

  You'll need to fill in the application "purpose of payment" according to the sample and attach to it a copy of the agreemenet payment receipt. The application must be submitted to office 112 of the SPbGASU main building. Bring the original or a copy of the current educational services agreement under which the payment was made.
