Location: The dormitory is located in the historical center of St Petersburg, at 123, Fontanka River Embankment. It takes about 15 minutes to walk to the university and nearest metro stations: Sadovaya, Sennaya Ploschad' and Technologicheskiy Institute (St Petersburg Metro Map)
The dormitory has a perfect location: grocery stores, cafés, and restaurants with Russian and international cuisine are within walking distance. All city attractions, museums, theaters, historic places are either within walking distance or easy transportation from the dormitory.
The dormitory also is conveniently located in terms of going to and from the airport, either by taxi or via metro.
The dormitory is a corridor-type residential building with shared facilities. One room usually accomodates three or four roommates. Entrances to the building are equipped with video surveillance and security posts.

Accommodation at the university dormitory is provided only to the intramural students.
Monthly fee per one person is from 1500 RUB per month depending on the facilities.This includes all communal fees.
Altogether, the dormitory has 610 rooms and accommodates over two thousand people; of those, nearly 650 are international students.
