For five years now, the "Kirpich" student creativity center has been running a dance aerobics club, which classes can be attended by anyone. Classes are unlikely to seem easy: each time you will have a dance warm-up on the step platform, a strength section and stretching. The class lasts for one hour.
Going in for sports is not only healthful, but also fashionable. Classes are full of many advantages: the development of your body, plastics, maintaining muscles in good shape, getting rid of excess weight and always staying in a good mood.
Classes take place every Monday, Wednesday and Friday.
