Tai chi chuan (Chinese: “supreme ultimate fist”) has been open at the "Kirpich" student club since the fall of 2009. Tai chi combines self-defense techniques (wushu) and methods of controlling internal energy and is therefore considered an “internal” martial art. Chen style, the origin of tai chi, has become popular throughout the world.

With the help of this ancient Chinese form of exercise, you can restore emotional balance, increase efficiency, develop body flexibility, improve sleep quality and general body condition. Classes are suitable for people of all ages and fitness levels.
