In a remote format, by e-mail, you can certify statements for the dean's office, submit copies of documents for medical records and medical documents (chest X-ray, statement 0/86-y, etc.), certify a student statement of temporary disability (illness) form 095/y .
The work of the medical and preventive center is aimed at:
- organizing and conducting preventive examinations of students to detect diseases in the early stages;
- carrying out a set of preventive measures aimed at preventing and reducing morbidity;
- conducting an annual medical examination of students with chronic diseases;
- providing medical assistance to students and university staff in case of emergency;
- carrying out anti-epidemic measures in the event of infectious diseases;
- carrying out activities for the sanitary and hygienic education of students, promotion of a healthy lifestyle.
At the beginning of the academic year, MPC doctors examine students before settling into the dormitory. During the training, students of the 1st and 3rd years of study are examined by the Large Medical Commission (examination of all specialists in the city polyclinic No. 75), students of the 2nd and 4th years of study pass the Small Medical Commission (examination of the therapist at the MPC).
Students with acute illnesses or for urgent care may contact the therapist at the MPC.
The therapist monitors and gives recommendations on maintenance therapy to students with chronic diseases (chronic gastritis, peptic ulcer, bronchial asthma, arterial hypertension, etc.).
In the pre-epidemic period, students are vaccinated against influenza at the MPC.
During the academic year, scheduled vaccination against hepatitis, rubella, measles, diphtheria and other infections is carried out.
Every year, all university students undergo a chest X-ray examination, which is conducted by the polyclinic field station (takes place in April) or at the polyclinic at the place of residence.
All students registered in the polyclinic are registered in the dispensary at the University's MPC.
Long-term ill students for medical reasons are issued academic leave.
The goals of a preventive medical examination are early detection of chronic non-communicable diseases that are the main cause of disability and premature death of the population, which include hypertension, diabetes mellitus, obesity, atherosclerosis.
