How to order a copy of the SPbGASU license and certificate of accreditation

To receive a certified copy of the documents, you must send the request by e-mail at: rector@spbgasu.ru. In the text of the letter, indicate your last, first and patronymic name, faculty (or graduation date), the organization to which documents will be submitted (tax office, pension fund, Ministry of Internal Affairs, for work, for transfer to another university), the reporting period for which you will provide documents.

Please provide a copy of the SPbGASU license and certificate of accreditation. Documents must be submitted to the tax office for the reporting period from 2018 to 2021.

• If a scanned copy of the certificate is sufficient, then this must be indicated in the text (for example: documents in paper form are not required). Scanned documents will be sent in a response letter to the email address.

• If paper documents are required (please, indicate), then we will set a date in the response letter. Documents can be picked up at office 128 (hall of the main building). Document collection hours: from 14:00 to 15:00.
  

If it is not possible to pick up the documents on your own, then this can be done by your authorized representative if he/she has a statement indicating that you trust the receipt of documents to this person (date and signature). Notary certification is not required.
