Two key areas of the department activity are teaching the basics of legal knowledge to students studying at other faculties of the university, as well as ensuring the general theoretical and methodological unity of educational activities in teaching legal disciplines to bachelors and masters in the field of study "Jurisprudence".
The Department of Legal Studies of the St Petersburg State University of Architecture and Civil Engineering is the first and basic department where students of legal specialties begin to get acquainted with their future profession.
