The scientific results of the research were proposals for improving the existing and developing regulatory legal acts and the practice of their application in the field of intellectual property for works of architecture.

The scientific results of the research were proposals to improve the legislation in the sphere of investment and construction activities. The results can be used in lectures and practical classes in such disciplines as: “Town-planning law”, “Land law”, “Housing law”, “Civil law”, “Legal regulation of real estate management” and “Legal examination of real estate objects”.
