Oleg Badokin was in charge of and participated in project teams in more than 15 research projects commissioned by a number of leading Russian companies and organisations, including Russian Railways, Gazpromneft, Rossotrudnichestvo, St Petersburg Transport Committee, St Petersburg State Unitary Enterprises "Transportation Organizer" and "Passazhiravtotrans", St Petersburg Metro, etc.

Co-executor of two logistics projects implemented within the framework of cross-border partnership between Russia and Finland with the support of the European Union.
