  • Reconstruction of a kindergarten for 120 children (9, Torzhkovskaya st., St Petersburg; 2009–2011);
  • Kindergarten for 220 children (Kolomyagi, St Petersburg, 2009–2011);
  • Development of more than 30 gas stations and car washes for Gazprom Neft PJSC, Kirishiavtoservis LLC, Phaeton Aero LLC (St Petersburg and the Leningrad Region, 2009–2010);
  • Passenger pavilion at the railway station Vyritsa (Leningrad region, 2012–2013);
  • Reconstruction of specialized workshops of the recovery train (Leningrad region, 2012);
