  • second place in the competition "The Best Project of Low-Rise Development in the North-Western Region" for the project of the residential complex "Paradise in a Hut" (2004);
  • fifth place in the international architectural competition for the design of the exhibition complex in Shushary (2007);
  • first place in the competition "The best project (object) of low-rise construction in 2009-2010", organized by the SRO "Baltic Association of Designers" (2010);
  • laureate in the nomination "The best project (object) in the field of construction of commercial real estate" at the competition organized by the SRO "Baltic Association of Designers" (2010).
