Irina Shkolnikova is the author and co-author of projects for public, individual and multi-apartment residential buildings, design of residential and public interiors, including:

  • Reconstruction of the administrative building to house the Maxel business center (St Petersburg);
  • Luxury residential building on the Pr. Popov's st., 28B (St Petersburg; chief architect of the project as part of the design team of Bartov LLC);
  • Water park "Piterland" in the Children's entertainment complex with a tennis club (St Petersburg; chief architect of the project as part of the team of authors "STC Stroynauka VITU").
