1992-1993 - Assistant to the Deputy Mayor of Novosibirsk for Construction - Director of the Department of Architecture, Construction, Land Management and Housing and Communal Services, Academician Gennady Pugachev.
Areas of activity, work performed:
- reconstruction of the chapel of St Nicholas the Wonderworker;
- reconstruction of the facades of Krasny Prospekt, the main street of Novosibirsk, in connection with preparations for the celebration of the 100th anniversary of the city;
- construction of the stadium "Siberia" in the Central District;
- development of the master plan of Novosibirsk until 2000 under the leadership of the chief architect of Novosibirsk, Honored Architect of Russia German Tyulenin;
- promotion of the program of ecological housing construction "Eco-settlement of the XXI century", developed by scientists of the Siberian Branch of the Russian Academy of Sciences;
- pilot operation of the software complex for maintaining the land cadastre.
1995–2000 – Leading engineer-economist of the Sibit plant, the first domestic manufacturer of autoclaved aerated concrete.

- construction management and commissioning of a workshop for the production of cement-sand tiles and a warehouse for inert materials, equipped with a waste processing line for waste-free production;
- examination of design documentation for the construction and expansion of the plant;
- pre-project study of issues on the implementation of a quality management system according to ISO 9000 series standards;
- organization of construction in an economic way;
- interaction with local governments;
- preparation for participation and victory in the contest “One Hundred Best Goods of Russia – 1998”;
- advising teachers of the Novosibirsk State University of Architecture and Civil Engineering on issues of modern organization of construction;
- giving lectures to students and researchers of the Siberian University of Railways in the framework of the scientific and practical seminar "Production and Management Technologies".
2000–2010 – Head of the Department of Capital Investments and Valuation of OJSC Siberian Bread Corporation.

- management of the creation of an educational electrical laboratory.

- development of teaching materials, lecturing, conducting practical classes, supervising term papers in the disciplines "Evaluation and management of real estate", "Business valuation";
- development of 90 options for tasks, methods of term papers in the discipline "Business valuation";

- supervision of final qualifying works of bachelors and masters;
- conducting the discipline "Fundamentals of pre-project preparation of construction" for all specialities;
- management of research work of undergraduates;
- participation in scientific conferences of SPbGASU;
- two business games have been developed and introduced into the educational process.
